we encourage all families to attend a free trial lesson before enrolling in a paid programme to ensure it is the right fit for their child.
Refund requests may be considered before the commencement of paid lessons. Once paid lessons have begun, fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, Xirons may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, may offer a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Any approved refund may take into account lessons already delivered and applicable administrative or payment processing costs.
