Xirons is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare, wellbeing, and safety of all children and young people participating in our educational programmes.
We believe that every child has the right to learn in a safe, supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment free from harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, bullying, discrimination, and inappropriate conduct.
This policy has been developed with reference to recognised child safeguarding principles and relevant UK safeguarding guidance.

This policy applies to all educational services delivered by Xirons, including:
- Online coding classes
- Roblox game development lessons
- Minecraft and technology education programmes
- Trial lessons

Online Safety
As Xirons operates primarily through online learning environments, we recognise the importance of digital safeguarding.

- Clear behavioural expectations for learners.
- Appropriate monitoring of educational interactions.
- Prompt action where inappropriate conduct is identified.
Behaviour and Conduct
All interactions involving students should be respectful, professional, and appropriate to the educational setting.
Xirons does not tolerate:
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Offensive language
- Inappropriate communications
- Any conduct that may place a child at risk
Reporting Safeguarding Concerns
Any safeguarding concern relating to a student's welfare, safety, or wellbeing should be reported to Xirons as soon as reasonably possible.
All concerns will be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.
Where necessary, Xirons may take action including:
- Contacting a parent or guardian
- Suspending participation in lessons

- Reporting concerns to relevant authorities where required by law
Confidentiality
